Job breakdown

Are you passionate about lists, protocols, and efficiency? Our client has an opening for an exempt Account Manager to lead a team of security officers at a client site in New York City. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Account Manager plays an integral role as the main liaison between the client and the company. A day in your role includes ensuring your site is properly staffed, taking a proactive role in hiring and training new team members, and developing operational procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency.


What you will own

  • Supervising the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site
  • Managing team of security officers, site supervisors, and shift supervisors
  • Playing a key role in your team's:
    • Hiring, selection, and training
    • Coaching, development, and support
    • Shift scheduling
    • Payroll
  • Growing and fostering effective and positive relationships with both clients and employees
  • Maintaining appropriate inventory levels of uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles utilized at the account site
  • Producing audit reports such as Scheduling Activity, Training Summary, and Training Detail, as needed
  • Developing and implementing operational procedures maximizing efficiency

Negotiables

  • AA or bachelor's degree in Business Management, strongly preferred

Non-negotiables

  • HS Diploma
  • 4+ years of security industry experience
  • Tech savvy
